After 15 years of delivering outstanding outcomes for warranty customers throughout Australasia, three enterprising Kiwis saw the opportunity to bring their local service experience to the world.
At the time, the Internet was exploding, making it possible to shop the globe like never before. But buying from afar always came with the caveat of ‘buyer beware.’ If something went wrong, distance made it much harder for shoppers and sellers to find a solution close by.
Experts in working with manufacturers all over the world, the team knew they could revolutionise the service experience for shoppers and sellers everywhere. They thought, Instead of sending the item back to where it came from, what if shoppers could get it taken care of in their own country? And with that beautifully simple idea, Boxer was born.
Like our Boxer mascot, we’re friendly yet protective – and always here for you. To date, our team has looked after more than 3.5 million shoppers around the world!
